We give thanks to God for allowing this Torch Diaspora Festival where the scattered Koryo People are able to be united in one place.
7.5million of our Korean people are living scattered over 175 countries around the world. Amongst them are the Korean Diaspora called Koryo-saram who are paving new ways of life and spreading roots in the various countries they live in. We hope most sincerely to join together with you and celebrate the coming New Year with our people who are living and working back in our homeland.
